PAMPER YOURSELF! I DONT MEAN EAT LIKE MAD.....GO TO THE SPA, GO SWIMMING, GO OUT FOR SOME FRESH AIR OR PAMPER URSELF AT HOME, ITS ALL GOOD FOR YOU!

 

WEIGH YOURSELF ATLEAST ONCE A WEEK- IT  HELPS U STAY ON TRACK
